17.—(1) In section 11A(1) and (7)(1), for “Monopolies Commission” substitute “Competition Commission”.U.K.

(2) In section 11A(3), omit—

(a)paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately before it, and

(b)the words from “or may, instead” onwards.

(3) Omit section 11A(4) and (5).
