These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No. 3) Regulations 2013 and come into force on 29th October 2013.

Regulations 4(7)(a) and (b), 6(5)(a) and (b) and (14)(a) and (b), 7(a) and (b) and 10(5)(a) and (b) extend to England and Wales only.

Regulations 4(7)(c), 6(5)(c) and (14)(c), 7(c) and 10(5)(c) extend to Scotland only.
