Other provisions coming into force3
The following provisions of the Act come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made—
a
section 14;
b
section 17(1) to (3);
c
sections 18 to 20;
d
paragraphs 1 and 2(2) of Schedule 2 and section 10(3) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs; and
e
paragraph 27(3) and (4) of Schedule 4 and section 11(4) in so far as it relates to those sub-paragraphs.
