Coming into force

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 18(1), (2) and (3), 19(2) and (3), 21(1) to (6), 22(3) to (5), 23(1), and (3) to (5), 24(1) to (7), 181(2) and 183(1) and (2) of the Education and Inspections Act 20061 and sections 29(5) and 537 of the Education Act 19962.
