Amendments to the Family Procedure Rules 2010

23.  In rule 9.5—

(a)in paragraph (1)(a), for “a designated county court” substitute “the family court”;

(b)omit paragraph (2); and

(c)in the words in parentheses at the end of the rule after “2004 Act” insert “which is proceeding in the High Court”.
