Amendments relating to modification of provisions for registration of European Parliamentary overseas electors

52.  In Schedule 4, in the table, after the entry for section 13B (alteration of registers: pending elections)—

(a)in column 1 (provision applied) insert—

“Section 13AB (alteration of registers: interim publication dates)”; and

(b)in column 2 (modification) insert—

“For subsection (4) substitute—

“(4) This section applies to elections to the European Parliament.””.
