The Housing Associations Act 1985253 is amended as follows.

In section 84(5)(a)254 (agreements to indemnify certain lenders), for “the Financial Services Authority” substitute “the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority”.

In section 86(4)255 (agreements to indemnify building societies: Scotland), for “the Financial Services Authority” substitute “the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
