A draft of these Regulations has been laid before the House of Commons in accordance with section 222(2)(b) of the Planning Act 20081.

Accordingly, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 206(6)2, 209(5), 216A, 216B3, 217(5), 220(1) and 222(1) of the Planning Act 2008, and with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations:
