Amendment to the Family Law (Scotland) Act 200618
In section 38(1) of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 200611 for “the Foreign Marriage Act 1892 (c. 23)” substitute “section 13(1) of, and Schedule 6 to, the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013 and to any Orders in Council made under that Schedule”.
