The undertaker shall provide the following information to the MMO—

a

the name and function of any agent or contractor appointed to engage in the licensed activities within seven days of appointment; and

b

each week during the construction of the authorised scheme a completed Hydrographic Note H102 listing the vessels currently and to be used in relation to the licensed activities.

Any changes to the supplied details shall be notified to the MMO in writing prior to the agent, contractor or vessel engaging in the licensed activities.
