80.—(1) In section 73 (disputes)(1), in subsection (1)—

(a)before paragraph (a) insert—

“(za)mandatory reduction instruments,”,

and

(b)omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (c) and after paragraph (d) insert—

“, and

(e)third-country instruments.”.
