The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 50 and 51 of the Police Act 19961.
In accordance with section 63(3)(a) of the Police Act 19962, the Secretary of State supplied a draft of these Regulations to the Police Advisory Board for England and Wales and has taken into consideration that Board’s representations.
