2. In section 191HA(1) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(1), after “a performer has” insert “by an agreement”.

Section 191HA was inserted into the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (c.48) by the Copyright and Duration of Rights in Performances Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/1782), regs 3 and 9.
