The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 200034 are amended as follows.

In regulation 3 (interpretation), in paragraph (1)—
a
omit the definition of “Director”, and
b
at the appropriate place, insert –
“CMA” means Competition and Markets Authority;

In regulation 26 (consideration of complaints)—
a
in paragraph (1)(b) and paragraph (2), for “Director” substitute “CMA”, and
