31. In section 38(1) of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006(1) (validity of marriages), for “the Foreign Marriage Act 1892 (c. 23)” substitute “section 13(1) of, and Schedule 6 to, the Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013 and any Orders in Council made under that Schedule”.
