Proceeds of Crime Act 2002

21.—(1) Section 2C(1) (prosecuting authorities) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a)omit “the Director of Revenue and Customs Prosecutions or”;

(b)omit “concerned”.

(3) In subsection (3A), omit “and the Director of Revenue and Customs Prosecutions”.

(4) Omit subsection (4)(c).
