27. In section 357(1) (disclosure orders), in subsection (8)(d), for “the Director of Revenue and Customs Prosecutions” substitute “the Director of Public Prosecutions”.
Section 357(8) was inserted by the Serious Crime Act 2007, section 74(2), Schedule 8, paragraphs 103 and 108(1) and (7).
