Dealing in Cultural Objects (Offences) Act 2003

36. In section 4 of the Dealing in Cultural Objects (Offences) Act 2003(1) (Revenue and Customs prosecutions), in subsection (1), for “the Director of Revenue and Customs Prosecutions” substitute “the Director of Public Prosecutions”.
