When enforcing these Regulations, the enforcing authority must exercise its powers in a manner which is consistent with—
a
regulation 56 (evaluation of pyrotechnic articles presenting a risk);
b
regulation 57 (enforcement action in respect of pyrotechnic articles which are not in conformity and which present a risk);
c
F1regulation 58 (EU safeguard procedure);
d
regulation 59 (enforcement action in respect of pyrotechnic articles which are in conformity, but present a risk);
e
regulation 60 (enforcement action in respect of formal non-compliance); and
f
regulation 61 (restrictive measures).
