A member of this scheme may nominate an individual to receive a lump sum death grant.

A nomination may only be made by giving a signed notice to the scheme manager in a form the scheme manager requires.

A member may revoke or alter a nomination by giving a further signed notice to the scheme manager in a form the scheme manager requires.

On receipt of a notice under this regulation, the scheme manager must send the member a written notification of its receipt.
