37.—(1) Schedule 4 sets out the other information that the registered person must keep in relation to a children’s home.
(2) The registered person must—
(a)maintain in the home the records in Schedule 4;
(b)ensure that the records are kept up to date; and
(c)retain the records for at least 15 years from the date of the last entry.
