2. In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations)(1), after the entry for Jaysh al Khalifatu Islamiya (Army of the Islamic Caliphate) (Majahideen of the Caucasus and the Levant), insert the following entries—
“Jund Al-Aqsa (Soldiers of Al-Aqsa)
Jund al Khalifa–Algeria (Soldiers of the Caliphate in Algeria)”.
