46. In article 20(1)(a) and (2)(a) (entitlement to entry in Part 1 or 2 of the Register: pharmacists and pharmacy technicians)—
(a)in paragraph (ii), omit “and”; and
(b)after paragraph (ii) insert—
“(iia)P has the necessary knowledge of English; and”.
