Application of ChapterE+W

18.15.—(1) This Chapter applies to the remuneration of—

(a)an administrator;

(a)a liquidator; and

(b)a trustee in bankruptcy.

(2) This Chapter does not apply to the remuneration of a provisional liquidator or an interim receiver.
