22. Where—
(a)a company goes into voluntary liquidation under paragraph 83 of Schedule B1; and
(b)article 12(1) of the Legislative Reform (Insolvency) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2010(1) causes section 104A of the Act(2) to apply;
the 1986 Rules as amended by the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010(3) apply to the extent necessary to give effect to section 104A notwithstanding that by virtue of paragraph 1(6)(a) or (b) of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules 2010 those amendments to the Insolvency Rules 1986 would otherwise not apply.
1986 c.45. Section 104A is amended by article 6(3) of the Legislative Reform (Insolvency) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2010/18. Those amendments have effect subject to transitional provisions specified in S.I. 2010/18 art.12(1).
