Amendment of regulation 75 of the principal Regulations10
In regulation 75 of the principal Regulations7 (voluntary or automatic removal of listings: change of ownership, relocation, temporary provision and voluntary closure)—
a
in paragraph (1), after “change of ownership application” insert “or a consolidation application”; and
b
in paragraph (2), after “to new chemist premises” insert “other than as a consequence of a consolidation application”.
