5. In section 97B(2) (records etc. produced by equipment may be used in evidence)(1) for “Article 15(2) or (5) or 16(2) of the Community Recording Equipment Regulation” substitute “Article 34(1), (3), (4) or (6) or 37(2) of the EU Tachographs Regulation”.
