18.  In regulation 14C of the PDS Regulations (capitated patients)(1)—

(a)at the beginning of paragraph (1), for “Where a contractor” substitute “Subject to paragraph (3), where a contractor”; and

(b)after paragraph (2), insert—

“(3) This regulation does not apply where the contractor is a CDS prototype contractor.”.
