3. In regulation 1(2) (interpretation), in the definition of “relevant multi-employer scheme”(1), for the words from “in relation to” to “or which is” in the introductory words, substitute “which is or has been”.
The definition of “relevant multi-employer scheme” was inserted by the 2015 Regulations, regulation 21(a). Paragraph (c) of the definition will be revoked on 6th April 2015 by the effect of regulations 1(3)(b) and 23 of those Regulations.
