Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997

7.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 212 (electronic communications apparatus), in subsection (7), for “103(2)” substitute “108(2)”.
