1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food for Specific Groups (Information and Compositional Requirements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2017.
(2) These Regulations apply in England only.
(3) These Regulations come into force on 1st March 2017.
(4) In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Food Safety Act 1990;
“the 2016 Regulations” means the Food for Specific Groups (Information and Compositional Requirements) (England) Regulations 2016 M1.
