Amendment of regulation 19 (filing obligations of large LLPs)18
In regulation 19, in the modified version of section 446 of the 2006 Act, after subsection (2), insert—

The designated members must also deliver to the registrar a copy of the energy and carbon report for each financial year of the LLP, unless the members of the LLP are, by virtue of sections 415(4) or 415A, not under a duty to prepare an energy and carbon report.
