The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 92(1) of, and paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 10 to, the Immigration Act 2016(1).
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.
2. In the Schedule to the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017(2), for the words “20 November 2017” on each occasion that they appear substitute “15th January 2018”.

These Regulations amend the Schedule to the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No. 7 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2017 to correct an erroneous date.
