57.  The following provisions of Part 8 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 M1 are extended to short-term holding facilities—

(a)section 151 (intervention by Secretary of State);

(b)section 152(1) to (4) (visiting committees and inspections);

(c)section 158 (wrongful disclosure of information), and

(d)section 159 (power of constable to act outside his jurisdiction).
