Coming into force

The Secretary of State and, in relation to Wales, the Welsh Ministers are designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Union2.C1

The Secretary of State, in relation to England and Northern Ireland, and the Welsh Ministers, in relation to Wales, make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972.C1
