In section 155(3) (payments by Secretary of State to local policing body in relation to the prevention, detection and enforcement of certain traffic offences), in the entry for section 143 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (users of motor vehicles to be insured or secured against third-party risks), omit “or secured against third-party risks”.
