136.  In Schedule 4 to the Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978(1), in each of the following provisions, for “widow” substitute “surviving spouse or civil partner”—

(a)in Case 14, paragraph (a);

(b)in Case 15, paragraphs (a) and (d);

(c)in Case 16, paragraph (1)(a) and (b)(i) and (ii).
