These Regulations may be cited as the Pesticides and Fertilisers (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

This Part and Part 2 comes into force 21 days after the day on which these Regulations are laid.

Part 3 come into force on 1st March 2019.

Part 4 comes into force on exit day.
