18.—(1) Section 8K (monitoring and review of certification) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (2)—

(a)omit “on or after 3 March 2013,”;

(b)for “third country” substitute “ country outside the United Kingdom ”;

(c)in paragraph (a), omit “and the European Commission”;

(d)in paragraph (b), omit “or any other EEA state”.

(3) Omit subsections (3) and (4).

(4) In subsection (5), omit “also”.

(5) In subsection (10), omit “(4),”.
