omit “and the Scottish Ministers where the notice is given in respect of land or trees in Scotland”,
ii
omit “or, as the case may be, the Scottish Ministers”,
b
in subsection (2), omit “or the Scottish Ministers”,
c
in subsection (3), omit “or, as the case may be, the Scottish Ministers”,
d
in subsection (4), for “or, as the case may be, the Scottish Ministers and he or they” substitute “and who”.
