5.—(1) Section 281 (power of comptroller to refuse to deal with certain agents) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (5), for the words from the words “another” to the end, substitute “ a member State ”M2 .
