Regulation 22 (application of existing rules and regulations) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1), for “regulations 7(2), 7(3) and 15(3)”, substitute “ regulation 7(2) and 7(3) ”.

In paragraph (2), for “other than in relation to an application under regulation 15(1), and with any other necessary modifications”, substitute “ with any necessary modifications ”.
