3. In article 50(2) of the County Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 (right of audience)(1), after “1978”, insert “, as it has effect by virtue of regulation 5 of the Services of Lawyers and Lawyer’s Practice (Revocation etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020”.
