1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2021.
(2) These Regulations come into force at 1.00 a.m. on 15th November 2021.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
