15.—(1) The Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 2(2)(b)(1), for “Minister for the Cabinet Office” substitute “Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities”.
(3) Omit section 159A(2).
(4) In paragraph 2(1)(c) of Schedule 2(3), for “Minister for the Cabinet Office” substitute “Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities”.
