5. The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows—
(a)in Schedule 1, Part 1, after the entry relating to “The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives”, in the first column insert “The registry administrator of the registry of emissions trading scheme registers established for the purposes of paragraph 23 of Schedule 2 to the Climate Change Act 2008(2)”, and in the second column insert “its functions as such”;
(b)in Schedule 2, after the entry beginning “A recognised clearing house”, in the first column insert “The registry administrator of the registry of emissions trading scheme registers established for the purposes of paragraph 23 of Schedule 2 to the Climate Change Act 2008”, and in the second column insert “its functions as such”.
