Modifications of the 1996 Act3
Part 1 of the 1996 Act (digital terrestrial television broadcasting) has effect in relation to—
a
the Multiplex A licence,
b
the Multiplex B licence,
c
the Multiplex C licence,
d
the Multiplex D licence, and
e
the Multiplex 2 licence,
with the modifications set out in the Schedule.
