These Regulations may be cited as the Exclusivity Terms for Zero Hours Workers (Unenforceability and Redress) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations come into force at the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the day on which they are made.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
