The Electricity and Gas (Standards of Performance) (Suppliers) Regulations 201576 are amended as follows.

In the Schedule, in paragraph 1(2)(a) (standards of performance: determination of disputes), for “or Citizens Advice Scotland” substitute “, Citizens Advice Scotland or Consumer Scotland”.
