Deemed marine licences under the 2009 ActI131
The marine licences set out in Schedules 13 (deemed licence under the 2009 Act – generation assets) and 14 (deemed licence under the 2009 Act – offshore transmission assets) are deemed to have been granted to the undertaker under Part 4 (marine licensing) of the 2009 Act for the licensed marine activities set out in Part 1, and subject to the conditions set out in Part 2, of each licence.
